Each member of the team knows every client's account inside and out, allowing one Virtual Assistant to seamlessly cover for another in the event of illness, vacation, or other absences.

Flavia - CEO & Founder

Flavia holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics, and is pursuing a Masters in Secondary Education and Teaching. Her professional history and areas of proficiency span several industries that include Education, Psychology, Real Estate, and Finance.  

The spreadsheet guru with an eye for style (seriously - her spreadsheets are a thing of beauty!), there is no organizational task that she can’t conquer.  Flavia's favorite tasks to work on for her clients are scheduling, transcription, travel plans and itineraries, and data entry.  

Flavia is based in San Antonio, Texas and enjoys brain teasers, sunny days, and all things nerdy. When she's not being her clients' personal superhero, you can find her doing puzzles or craft projects with her daughters and watching Doctor Who reruns.


Cari - Content Creator

Cari holds a Bachelors degree in Behavioral Science, and is currently working on a Masters in Secondary Education and Teaching.  Her professional history and areas of proficiency encompass a broad background that includes office management, event planning, scheduling, and content writing.

Cari is our resident content writer.  From blog posts to press releases, she can do it all.  She's a history buff and an organization enthusiast who puts her all into everything she does.

Cari is based in Montgomery, Alabama and enjoys good books, sweet wine, training for her next race (but not in that order!).  When she's not busy being Oenaj's wordsmith, you can find her undertaking home improvement projects with her husband or spending time with her children.

Sheena - Executive Assistant & Content Coordinator

Sheena holds a degree in Human Services. The bulk of her professional experience focuses in management (specifically account management and in-person sales leadership). A research enthusiast with a heart for learning new things, there is nothing too obscure. Sheena enjoys scheduling, travel plans, research, and data entry. 

Sheena is based in San Antonio, Texas and spends her spare time with her hands covered in paint, trying to create the next Mona Lisa. While the paint is drying, you can find her nose in a book or eyes on any number of television shows.

Chris - Head of Operations

Chris is Oenaj's own personal Wizard of Oz, providing administrative, financial, and tech support to the entire team; the man behind the digital curtain. While he does not support most clients directly, we'd be lost without him! He provides the technical expertise to solve  software, communications, and any other technical issue that may arise. Chris holds a B.S. in Computer Science and has over 10 years of software development and system administration experience. He is constantly pursuing new ways to to enrich his skill set and apply them to the way we do business.

Chris resides in San Antonio, Texas. He keeps busy during the week with his day job, and works with Oenaj part-time. He can be found in his spare time cheering on his children's sports games, relaxing with his wife, or watching his current Netflix obsession.


Erin holds a Bachelors degree in Social Services.  Her professional history includes several years of experience working with the elderly and planning events to bring joy and laughter to their lives.  Erin's favorite tasks to work on for her clients are travel planning and research.  She enjoys getting to know clients both personally and professionally and her biggest goal is to be able to anticipate a need before a client even has to ask.  Erin is based in the Chicago suburbs and enjoys walks around the nearby lake, grocery shopping, and anything dark chocolate. When she's not living vicariously through her clients and planning adventures across the globe, you can find her on the phone with her grandmother, pushing a baby stroller, or watching the latest episode of a Gordon Ramsay show.

Erin - Executive & Personal Assistant

Erin holds a Bachelors degree in Social Services.  Her professional history includes several years of experience working with the elderly and planning events to bring joy and laughter to their lives.

Erin's favorite tasks are working on travel planning and research. She enjoys getting to know clients, both professionally and personally. Erin is extremely adaptable and can anticipate client's needs,  even before they know themselves.

Erin is based in the Chicago suburbs and enjoys walks around the nearby lake, grocery shopping, and anything dark chocolate. While not providing absolute stellar work for her clients,  you can find her on the phone with her grandmother, pushing a baby stroller, or watching the latest episode of a Gordon Ramsay show.
